This policy explains shipping, delivery, and tracking on Homrz (the “Platform”). Orders are delivered via third-party couriers/collection partners (“Shipping Partners”). By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1) No Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery

Homrz currently does not offer same-day or next-day delivery.

2) Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is around 15 days from order confirmation/processing (depending on the order status, Shipping Partner, and destination). Delays may occur due to remote areas, peak seasons, public holidays, or partner operational constraints.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Final delivery details are shown at checkout.

3) Order Processing

Sellers typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order/handcrafted items may require additional processing time disclosed on the product page.

4) Shipping Fees

Final shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary based on weight, destination, and partner rates.

A) Within the same city

  1. Shipping fees start from EGP 50.

B) Nationwide (different city)

Fees vary by distance and weight and are generally higher than same-city delivery.

5) COD Fees

COD is available via a third-party partner for an additional fee shown at checkout. COD fees may be non-refundable once a delivery/collection attempt has been made, except for proven Seller fault or verified partner operational issues (case-by-case).

6) Tracking

If available, tracking details will be shown in My Orders. Updates may sometimes be delayed.

7) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Buyers are responsible for accurate address details. Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may result in delays and additional charges.

8) Damage or Missing Items

Inspect upon delivery. If damage is visible, capture photos/videos and report within 48 hours. Claims follow the Refund & Returns Policy.
